Описание проекта: Проект направлен на создание первого современного бесплатного мультифункционального Art & Science центра для досуга и развития креативных индустрии горожан всех возрастных групп на базе Областной юношеской библиотеки им. С. Жиенбаева.Охват порядка 150 000 человек в год, возможность одновременно принимать до 1200 посетителей, планируемая посещаемость не менее 10 тыс. человек в месяц.
