Цель: Проект направлен на содействие социальной адаптации и интеграции в общество детей и подростков с синдромом Дауна, доступ к образованию и возможность трудоустройства, повышение осведомленности общества о людях с синдромом Дауна, расширение географии проекта, создание площадки для диалога между НПО, занимающимися людьми с ограниченными возможностями, и миром бизнеса, чтобы изменить ситуацию с принятием их на работу.
